During the reception Official Residence Chef Matsuura fried tempura before the guests’ eyes, and introduced special dishes exemplifying the four seasons, while Wagyu roast beef, rice balls prepared using first-harvest rice, and the several varieties of Japanese green teas and sakes offered made for a vibrant display of diverse Japanese cuisine.
