Police Certificate Application Procedure

All Applicants must apply for a Police Certificate in person.
Please call the Consulate to make an appointment (403-294-0782).


Please bring the following items when applying:

 
  1. Your valid passport and 3 photocopies of the photo page of your passport. In case of renewal date change on your passport, please make a copy of that particular page.

  2. A letter from the relevant authority that is requesting your criminal record check. (Aletter is not required if you are requested by IRCC for Canadian immigration purpose) 

  3. A self-addressed prepaid registered mail envelope purchased from the Post Office (such as a Priority Courier Envelope or Express Post, etc.)
 

It will take 2 to 3 months to issue a Police Certificate.
