49th Anniversary of Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden in Lethbridge

On July 21^st, Consul-General Tanabe and Mrs. Tanabe attended the 49^th anniversary ceremony of the Nikka Yuko Japanese Garden in Lethbridge.
More than 100 guests attended, including MLA Alberta-East Maria Fitzpatrick, Acting Mayor Rob Miyashiro, people from the Nikkei Communities and volunteers of Nikka Yuko Garden.
The attendees enjoyed Japanese drumming performance, Bonsai display and Japanese Tea ceremony demonstration.
