Program Details & How to Apply

Live, travel, and explore Japan on the Working Holiday Visa Program – designed to encourage youth exchange through an extended holiday while supplementing travel expenses through employment. The Program is the result of an agreement formed between Japan and Canada in 1986, and is open to Canadian youth on a one-time basis who wish to explore Japan on a deeper, more long term level (extendable to 1 year). The visa is only open to those who intend primarily to holiday in Japan.
