7th Annual Alberta High School Japanese Speech Contest
On April 13th, 2019, the Alberta High School Japanese Language Speech Contest was held at Lindsay Thurber Comprehensive High School in Red Deer, Alberta. Around 15 individuals from different high schools within Alberta gave speeches on a theme of their choice, which included rousing speeches with themes such as “Pursuit and Experience of Happiness” and “Bathing Culture of Japan and Canada” among many others. Alongside the speeches, a video contest was also held at this event.
