Consul-General Kobayashi Participating in the Second Winnipeg Bon-Odori Festival

On Saturday, September 7th, the 2nd Bon Dance Festival was held in Winnipeg, Manitoba, which was hosted by the Japanese Cultural Association of Manitoba (JCAM) where Consul General Kobayashi and MP Robert-Falcon Ouellette both gave greetings.
Many gathered under the clear sky to enjoy traditional Bon Dance, and also wait in line for Takoyaki and other great festival booths.
