Consul General Kobayashi attends the Unveiling Ceremony of the “Japanese in Manitoba” Mural

On Sunday September 27^th, Consul General Kobayashi participated and gave remarks for the online unveiling ceremony of the "Japanese in Manitoba" mural organized by the Japanese Cultural Association of Manitoba (JCAM). During the ceremony, Mr. Art Miki explained the trajectory of Japanese (Nikkei) in Manitoba, while the artist Ms. Cindy Mochizuki also gave a presentation about the five panels of the mural.
