Hokkaido-Alberta Twinning Relationship 40th Anniversary/Exchange of Legislative Assembly Agreement Online Signing Ceremony

On March 23rd, as part of the 40th anniversary of the Hokkaido-Alberta Twinning relationship, a signing ceremony for the Hokkaido-Alberta Parliamentary Exchange was held online. MLA Cooper, Speaker of the Alberta Legislative Assembly and MLA Murata, Speaker of the Hokkaido Prefectural Assembly attended and signed an agreement to strengthen the cooperative relationship between the two parliaments.
