Consul-General Uchida Attends Annual Conference of the Canadian Association for Japanese Language Education (CAJLE)

The Annual Conference of the Canadian Association for Japanese Language Education (CAJLE) was held virtually on August 18 and 19 in cooperation with the University of Alberta Prince Takamado Japan Centre for Teaching and Research. Consul-General Uchida delivered opening remarks, where he stressed the importance of promoting Japanese language education in Canada. Various Japanese language education researchers and practitioners from Canada, the United States and Japan gathered and presented on this year’s topic, “Japanese Language Education in the Post-COVID-19 Era – Opportunities for Change and Growth.”
