Consul-General Uchida Attends GlobalFest (Japan Day)

Multicultural festival GlobalFest (Japan Day) was held in Calgary on Tuesday, August 24, where Consul-General Uchida attended and delivered remarks. The venue featured various Japanese cultural performances including Taiko drumming and Yosakoi dancing. In the evening, there were fireworks set to popular Japanese music as a backdrop.
