Japanese Food Professionals Appreciation Night

On January 12, the Consulate-General of Japan in Calgary hosted a Japanese Food Professionals Appreciation Night at the Official Residence, bringing together Japanese restaurant owners and members of the media.
Consul-General Wajima welcomed guests to celebrate, and expressed gratitude for the long-standing efforts and dedication of Japanese restaurant owners, whose work sustains cultural exchange and introduces new audiences to Japan’s traditional and evolving flavors.
