Conferment of the Consul-General’s Commendation upon Dr. Victor Sawa, Honorary Consul-General of Japan in Regina

On November 24^th Consul-General Tanabe presented the Consul-General’s Commendation to Dr. Victor Sawa, Honorary Consul-General of Japan in Regina. Dr. Sawa, a musician presiding as conductor with the Saskatoon Symphony Orchestra since 2011, took his post in the same year, making this his 5^th year as Honorary Consul-General of Japan in Regina.
