2018 GlobalFest – Japan Pavilion

The Consulate General of Japan in Calgary is once again pleased to participate in this year’s OneWorld Fest at GlobalFest with the Japan Pavilion. Back by popular demand, the pavilion will feature a special Yukata-Try On event. Bring your camera and have a memorable photo taken on the Yukata stage, get information on Japan, local cultural events, and see some of the winning photos from last year’s Japan Photo Contest.
Besides the astonishing fireworks displays held nightly by representatives of several nations, GlobalFest offers an array of cultural performances, including some from Japan.

Time: Park admission: 6:00pm – 9:15pm
(*Fireworks will be completed by approximately 10:00pm – 10:15pm each festival evening. Ticket purchase require for entry to the grounds)
