On November 24th, the award ceremony and reception were held in honour of the winners of the 2023 Japan Photo Contest at the official residence of the Consul General. Consul General Watabe extended his congratulations to the winners and his thanks to the sponsors and all involved, followed by Ms. Evelyn Drake, photo contest judge and representative of sponsor The Camera Store, who made a toast. Afterwards, the Consul General awarded the winners their certificates and prizes from our sponsors, and the winners shared their memories, challenges and comments regarding their photos.
We would like to thank all of the sponsors who helped make the 2023 Japan Photo Contest possible: Nikon Canada Inc., The Camera Store, Japanab Magazine, Japan Airlines, Pablo Cheese Tart, Amandine Bakery, and Strawberry Boots, Uniqlo and Matsu Kaze Tea.
